Terms and Conditions – £400 Cashback Promotion
The cashback promotion is for students who book a room at The Cavendish (the “Student”). The promotion on offer is a cashback of £400 in the form of a bank transfer (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion is for direct let bookings for the 2025/26 academic year only.
The Promotion is subject to room availability and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.
The Promotion is being offered by The Cavendish, C/o CRM Students Ltd, Winnall Close, Winchester, SO23 0LG.
To be eligible for the Promotion:
- The Student must book a room from 16 June 2025 until further notice;
- During the booking stage, the Student must enter “CASHBACK400” in the preference box on the application form;
- The Student and Guarantor (if applicable) must have signed the tenancy agreement;
- The Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment/rent in full, and moved into the property for the 2025/26 academic year; and
- The Student must have no rent arrears.
To claim the Promotion:
- After moving into the property, the Student must email the accommodation manager at TheCavendish@crm-students.com by 31 December 2025. If unclaimed by this date, the Student will forfeit the Promotion and will no longer be entitled to receive it
- The accommodation manager will then verify the eligibility of the Student
- The cashback will be issued in the form of a bank transfer to a nominated UK bank account within 30 days of the Student claiming the Promotion
This Promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM Students or any other third-party booking agents such as international agents.
The Promotion is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions – £250 Refer-a-Friend
The Refer a Friend incentive is open to residents who have booked their room for the 25/26 academic year at The Cavendish, Winnall Close, Winchester, SO23 0LG, and who recommend the Accommodation to a friend (the Referred Student) and when the Referred Student subsequently becomes a resident of the Accommodation (a Referral).
The Reward on offer is £250 cashback which is for the Referrer Student and £250 for the referral
The Reward is only on offer in respect of referrals leading to new bookings for the 2025/26 academic year only.
There are no maximum referrals per existing resident.
The reward is subject to availability.
The Reward is being offered by The Cavendish, C/o CRM Students Ltd, Winnall Close, Winchester, SO23 0LG
The incentive is on only on offer to students who book a tenancy for 25/26 only.
For a referral to be eligible for the Reward:
the Referred Student must not currently or previously have been a resident of any property managed by CRM Students;
the Referrer Student must have booked at The Cavendish for 2025/26 academic year intake;
the Referring Student(s) must have booked a room, paid their deposit and first rent instalment or rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/26 academic year;
the Referred Student(s) must have booked a room, paid their deposit and first rent instalment or rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/26 academic year;
To claim the Reward:
at the stage of booking, the Referred Student(s) must select “Friends” under the “How did you hear about us section”. The Referrer’s name must then be entered into the special requirements box on page 2;
the Referrer must contact the respective Accommodation Manager at the accommodation to be booked via email (TheCavendish@CRMStudents.com) giving the name of the Referred Student(s) within 28 days of the date on which the Referred Student(s) booked a room at the Accommodation.
the Referrer Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank accounts into the online Student Portal
the Referrer Student and the Referred Student(s) must have no rent arrears
the Reward will be provided as a bank transfer into the nominated UK bank account
The reward must be claimed by 31st December 2025, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it.
On receipt of the email from the Referrer, the Accommodation Manager will verify the eligibility to claim the Reward.
The closing date of the Refer a Friend incentive once 20 eligible applications have been received. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
The Refer a Friend incentive is available for limited time only and can be withdrawn at any time.
Once the Accommodation Manager has verified eligibility, the Referrer Student and the Referred Student will receive the Reward(s) within a month of the Referred Student(s) moving in to the Accommodation.
If the referring student has previously claimed a cashback when booking they will be entitled to claim the RAF incentive on top of this.
The referred student is eligible to claim an additional incentive when they book, subject to availability.
The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Reward at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
