Terms and Conditions - The Reservoir, Plymouth

£500 Cashback Promotion - 27/08/25 

• The cashback promotion is for students who book a room at The Reservoir  (the “Student”). The promotion on offer is a cashback of £500 in the form of a bank transfer (the “Promotion”). 

• The Promotion is for direct let bookings for the 2025/26 academic year only. 

• The Promotion is subject to room availability and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. 

• The Promotion is being offered by The Reservoir, Drake Ltd, C/o CRM Students Ltd, North Hill, Plymouth, PL4 8EZ

• To be eligible for the Promotion: 

  - The Student must book a room for 25/26 until further notice;

  - During the booking stage, the Student must enter “2526RESERVOIR500” in the preference box on the application form; 

  - The Student and Guarantor (if applicable) must have signed the tenancy agreement; 

  - The Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment/rent in full, and moved into the property for the 2025/26 academic year; and 

  - The Student must have no rent arrears. 

  - The booking must be made on or after 27/08/2025

• To claim the Promotion: 

  - After moving into the property, the Student must email the accommodation manager at TheReservoir@crm-students.com by 31 December 2025.  If unclaimed by this date, the Student will forfeit the Promotion and will no longer be entitled to receive it 

  - The accommodation manager will then verify the eligibility of the Student 

  - The cashback will be issued in the form of a bank transfer to a nominated UK bank account within 30 days of the Student claiming the Promotion 

• This Promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM Students or any other third-party booking agents such as international agents. 

• The Promotion is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion at any time (and for any reason) without notice. 

• CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

• Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
