Bookings made before 16/09/2026 are not eligible for the Flash Sale price and cannot claim the promotion.
The promotion is available across all room types, for 44 and 51 week tenancies only, and is available to bookings made directly or through third party agencies.
The promotion is not available to students who:
- Made a booking before 16/09/2026
- Have deferred or cancelled their booking before check in
- Have rebooked a room at The Foundry
- Book short term or semester lets
The Flash Sale price is only available for new bookings made from 16/09/2026 onwards and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
The promotion has no cash redemption value, is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other offer or benefit.
To qualify for the offer, the student must complete their booking, pay their advance rent, sign their tenancy agreement, check into the property and have no outstanding arrears with the property. If the student cancels their booking or terminates their contract before the start of their tenancy, the promotion will be invalid.
All offers are subject to availability and limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time, without notice.
