Up to £150 Cashback Promotion Terms and Conditions – Bailey Street, Sheffield
November, 2025 

1. The cashback promotion is for students who book a room at Bailey Street Student Accommodation (the “Student”).  The promotion on offer is a cashback in the form of a bank transfer (the “Promotion”). The cashback promotion is as follows: 

2. £100 cashback when booking an ensuite room at Bailey Street Student Accommodation for the 26/27 Academic year. 

3. £150 cashback when booking a studio room at Bailey Street Student Accommodation for the 26/27 Academic year. 

4. The Promotion is for bookings for the 2026/27 academic year only. 

5. The Promotion is subject to room availability and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. 

6. The Promotion is available for the next 40 bookings. 

7. The Promotion is being offered by UNINN BAILEY STREET LIMITED, C/o CRM Students Ltd, 39 Bailey Street, Sheffield, S1 4TY 

8. To be eligible for the Promotion: 

9. The Student must book a room on or after 18^th November 2025. 

10. During the booking stage, the Student must enter “BAILEY2627” in the special requirements box on the application form. 

11. The Student must email the accommodation manager at BaileyStreet@crm-students.com within 7 days of making their booking. 

12. The Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment/rent in full, and moved into the property for the 2026/27 academic year. 

13. The Student must have no rent arrears. 

14. On receipt of the email, the accommodation manager will verify eligibility of the Student. 

15. To claim the Promotion: 

16. The Student must claim the Promotion by 31^st December 2026.  If unclaimed by this date, the Student will forfeit the Promotion and will no longer be entitled to receive it 

17. The cashback will be issued in the form of a bank transfer within 28 days of the Student claiming the Promotion 

18. The closing date of the Promotion is 31^st January 2026, or once the maximum amount of bookings for this promotion have been reached. Applications received outside of this period will not be accepted. 

19. This Promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM Students or any other third party booking agents such as international agents. 

20. The Promotion is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion at any time (and for any reason) without notice. 

21. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

22. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
