Up to £500 Cashback – Cosmos, Sheffield 
Terms & Conditions – October 2025

1. The Cashback incentive is open to all new bookings of Cosmos Student Accommodation, 2 Moore Street, Sheffield, S3 7HZ who book their room after 02.10.2025
2. The Cashback incentive on offer is up to £500 cashback for bookings for September 2025, depending on what room type is booked and tenancy length:

44 Weeks or More:

• •    8 Bed En-suite = £400 cashback
  •    7 Bed En-suite = £250 cashback
  •    6 Bed En-suite = £250 cashback
  •    8 Bed Studio = £400 cashback
  •    7 Bed Studio = £400 cashback
  •    6 Bed Studio = £400 cashback
  •    5 Bed Studio = £400 cashback
  •    7 Bed Accessible Studio = £350 cashback
  •    Classic Studio = £300 cashback
  •    Premium Studio = £500 cashback
  •    Premium Studio Accessible = £300 cashback
  •    One Bed Apartment = £350 cashback
  •    Premium One Bed Apartment = £350 cashback

34-44 Week Bookings: 

• £300 cashback for all room types

21-34 Week Bookings:

• £150 cashback for all room types

21 and below Week Bookings:

• £100 cashback for all room types

1. The Cashback will be provided into the nominated UK bank account supplied by the Student.
2. The Cashback incentive is on offer to new bookings for the 2025/2026 academic year only. 
3. The incentive is being offered by Fusion Sheff Opco Ltd, c/o CRM Students, 2 Moore Street, SHEFFIELD, S3 7HZ.
4. The incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
5. The incentive is open to the next 30 bookings only.
6. The cashback amounts available are dependent on the tenancy length (as shown above). 
7. To be eligible for the incentive:
   1. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2025/2026 academic year.
   2. at the stage of booking, the Student must enter ‘COSMOS2526CASHBACK’ in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences.
   3. the Student must book their room between 02.10.2025 and 31.10.2025
8. To claim the incentive:
   1. the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at Cosmos@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation.
   2. on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive.
   3. the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal.
   4. the Student must have no rent arrears.
   5. the cashback will be provided as a bank transfer into the nominated UK bank account.
9. The closing date of the Cashback incentive is 31.10.2025 or once 30 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted. 
10. The incentive must be claimed by 31^st December 2025, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it.
11. This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM. 
12. This incentive is not open to referral agent bookings where the referral agent has an agreement in place with CRM Students. 
13. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
14. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
15. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
