£300 Cashback - Terms & Conditions, March 2026.

  1. The £300 cashback offer is open to any student who books a room at ViBe Student Living, 66-70 Cambridge Rd, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 3LA who books at ViBe Student Living for 26/27 academic year.
  2. The Reward on offer is £300 cashback.
  3. The Reward is available on a first-come, first-served basis to students who book their room from 18/03/2026
  4. The Reward is only available to new bookings only, made from the dates above.
  5. The Reward is subject to room availability.
  6. The reward is being offered by Vibe Student Living Ltd, 66-70 Cambridge Road, Kingston, KINGSTON UPON THAMES, KT1 3LA.
  7. To claim the Reward:
    1. The Student must book a room at ViBe Student Living for 26/27 from 18/03/2026
  8. To be eligible for the incentive:
    1. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/27 academic year
    2. the student must have booked their room before 12.09.2026.
    3. at the stage of booking, the Student must enter 300CASHBACKVIBE in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences
  9. To claim the incentive:
    1. the Student should email the Accommodation Manager at VibeStudentLiving@crm-students.com within 28 days of booking their room at the Accommodation
    2. on receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the incentive
    3. the Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal
    4. the Student must have no rent arrears
    5. the cashback will be provided as a cashback of £300 into the nominated UK bank account
  10. The closing date of the Cashback incentive is 12.09.2026. Applications received outside of this time-period will not be accepted.
  11. This incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by any other third party booking agents such as international agents.
  12. This cashback is available to students who book via a referral agent partner.
  13. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
  14. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
