Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with appliances and lounge area with sofas, flat screen TV as well as internet access. The Sidings is also perfectly located for easy access by foot or bicycle to Penryn Campus.

As one of the best run student accommodations in the area, The Sidings is excellent value for money and provides an ideal base for your first year at university. Whilst primarily available for first year undergraduates there are also places for postgraduate or international students and external visitors during the summer months. There are also a number of accessible medium and large rooms available.

Situated adjacent to Penryn Station, transport to Wood Lane Campus or Truro city centre is only 10 minutes away. The bus stop outside the main gate does a full circle to Campus, Falmouth city centre, local Penryn town facilities and major supermarkets. What more could you possibly need?
