All bookings must be made through the University of Exeter or Falmouth University, depending on your place of study. The Sidings is set in an ideal location and offers a wide choice of rooms from shared flats to private studios. Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with appliances and lounge area with sofas, flat screen TV as well as internet access. Whilst primarily available for first year undergraduates there are also places for postgraduate or international students and external visitors during the summer months. There are also a number of accessible medium and large rooms available.

Situated adjacent to Penryn Station, transport to Wood Lane Campus or Truro city centre is only 10 minutes away. The bus stop outside the main gate does a full circle to Campus, Falmouth city centre, local Penryn town facilities and major supermarkets. What more could you possibly need?
